Sage-Purple Velvet (Ornamental)

Salvia leucantha 'Purple Velvet"

This sage has soft, almost hairy pointed green leaves and is covered in pale purple flowers in Autumn. As with most sages, it has low water requirements once established. If trimmed regularly to encourage bushy growth this beautiful plant will reward with masses of soft downy flowers.
