Golden Sage (Variegated)
Salvia officinalis variegata
A beautifully decorative (and edible!) herb which brightens up any garden. The foliage is distinctively variegated with lime green and yellow markings. Leaves can be used fresh, or dried, and suits many uses in the kitchen (blends well with poultry, fish, egg and pork dishes). This sage will thrive in moist, well drained soil in a sunny position. Looks fantastic in cottage gardens, perennial borders, rockeries or in a potted kitchen garden. Prune regularly to promote new growth.
