Perennial. Attractive lacy foliage topped with clusters of small purple flowers. Thrives in shady, damp places. A tea made from the leaves has many medicinal qualities. Trim regularly to encourage bushy growth. This plant can spread via seed, so if required pick off flower heads after flowering to limit self seeding.
