Helichysum augustifolium

Compact bushy evergreen herb, 100mm to 600mm, with grey leaves with intense curry aroma. Small, dark yellow flowers in spring to summer. Prefers full sun, well drained moderately fertile soil, Curry Plants suit drier conditions along side Rosemary and Sage. Suitable for perfumed gardens, and can be used to flavour savoury dishes.
