Absinthe-Wormwood

This plant is the key ingredient in the famous green liquor "Absinthe", & is the reason for its sometimes mind altering properties. It has also been used for thousands of years by the Egyptions, Greeks & Romans  to treat everything from stomach aches, tapeworm & even malaria.

A native of the Mediterranean, Wormwood is a perennial member of the Daisy family that will grow to about 60 - 90cm & produce small yellow flowers for years.
