All of our plants and seeds are available via mail order delivery through Australia Post (In Express Satchels to ensure you receive your order within 1-3 days).

If you would prefer home delivery, and you live within 30 km of Launceston, I am more than happy to delivery your order to your door for a small fee.

Please note we cannot send plants to WA, NT or outside of Australia.

• Please note we have a minimum order of $25.
• Our plants and seeds can be shipped to NSW, Victoria, ACT, South Australia and Queensland.
• Seed potatoes and garlic cannot be sent to South Australia due to Quarantine regulations.
• Items are dispatched on the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following confirmation of your order.
• Postage rates are as follows: Seed packets - FREE
  Plants/seed potatoes - $15 up to 6 kg (one box), if more than one box, an extra $15 applies.
• We use a secure shopping cart system to ensure an easy and safe way to order.
• You are very welcome to email your order to us if you prefer.
• Payment is either through the secure Paypal system using credit card, by money order or cheque, or through direct bank deposit.
• Orders are sent out as soon as possible (within 10 days). You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.
• Supplies may be limited, and some plants are only available seasonally. Ordering early helps us to ensure we have what you need.
• Substitutions will be made unless specified otherwise.
• Plants are generally sent in their pots (50mm root trainer pots). This is the best method to send most plants. Some plants can be sent bare rooted with excess potting mix removed and the root placed in a moisture retaining material.
• Plants must be collected as soon as possible from post offices as we are not responsible for plants that have deteriorated due to delayed collection. Read Plant Care for detailed information on caring for new mail order plants.
• We offer a replacement guarantee if your plants arrive in poor condition, fall to thrive (given adequate planting care), or disappoint you in any way. We aim to please, and hope to provide you with top quality plants, information and service!
